I made this box using Yuletide card/papers and Workshop on the Go Kit.
Firstly I inked the edges of the box in black, added Black card and paper both from Yuletide Paper Packet. I then cut the leaves and flowers from the cricut, inked the edges of England Ivy card and Ruby card (both from Yuletide paper packet) with England Ivy ink. I used an embossing tool to define the leaves and also in the centres of the flowers and leaves to lift the edges of each layer.
I love this wee box and also made a card using similar techniques though cut the background on the cricut.

Masking Technique
This next video is an older one from 2010 by Sherri Tozzi with Close To My Heart demonstrating a fantastic way of masking technique using stamps. "Masking" is a fun and easy technique to help you use more than one stamp together in a design. It simply involves stamping an image, covering or 'masking' it temporarily, then stamping over it with another stamp. Masking can be used to create images that seem to be in the 'foreground' and in the 'background'.
